Using recipes, activities, and sample tastings, the program is designed for use across the age spectrum in a variety of settings from public, nonpublic, and home schools to community settings such as farmers markets, food pantries, grocery stores, senior centers, libraries, and community gardens.

Participants will learn fun facts about how each fruit and vegetable grows, when it is harvested, how to prepare it, and have an opportunity for an optional tasting. They will explore each fruit and vegetable through hands-on activities and by using the five senses. Engaging with the food in a learning environment sparks curiosity and inspires participants to try new foods. Additionally, they will learn about flavor profiles, nutrition facts, health benefits, and more.
